WEANING
We offer a weaning service for other llama and
alpaca farms. Young animals are boarded here on
the farm in an isolated paddock with shelter. They
can see other llamas and alpacas but don't have
any physical contact with them. We can
accomodate up to 5 or 6 animals from the same
farm at a time.
While the young alpacas are on the farm, we
accustom them to being handled, haltered, led and
having their toenails trimmed.
ADULT ALPACA TRAINING
Halter, lead training and show
handling preparation of adult and
young alpacas can be arranged as
a service to local farms.
RESCUE AND REHABILITATION
Bella Cria Llamas and Alpacas is very committed to
the rescue of abandoned and or abused llamas and
alpacas.
We strive to find new homes for the ones that can
be rehabilitated.
